Never made phirni! Yours looks yummy! Peach must be giving great taste and flavour!:))

You gotta make phirni! I recommend trying the authentic version first – with rose petals and gulkhand. It is to die for. The peaches did add a wonderful flavor. IMO it tasted better the next day

I love peaches and will try this next time when I bring them from farmers mkt…

Hope you like it! And pick sweet peaches for this. Sometimes the tartness from the peaches might curdle the phirni. I will update the post to indicate that as well
